Absolutely! Many couples have their ceremony at a church, family home, or other meaningful location and then join us for the dinner and celebration. We offer reception-only packages designed specifically for this.
What's included in reception-only packages?
Our reception packages include exclusive venue access, your choice of gold chiavari or white Hercules event chairs, round and rectangular tables, elegant linens, setup and breakdown, dedicated coordination, and access to our grounds for photos.
Can we use our own caterer?
Yes! While we recommend our award-winning VegSouth Hospitality catering, you may bring in an outside caterer for an additional fee. Outside caterers do not have kitchen access but can use our warming and prep areas.
What dining styles do you offer?
We offer both plated dinner service and elegant buffet options. Our culinary team can customize menus to your preferences, dietary needs, and budget. Family-style service is also available for a more intimate feel.
Is bar service available?
Yes! We offer full bar service including open bar packages, consumption-based bar, beer and wine only, and mocktail options. Our bartenders are licensed and experienced with wedding receptions.
How many guests can you accommodate?
Our banquet hall accommodates up to 200 guests comfortably for seated dinner service with a dance floor. For cocktail-style receptions, we can host up to 250 guests.
