Common Questions

What types of private events do you host?

We host all kinds of private celebrations — milestone birthdays, bridal and baby showers, anniversary parties, family reunions, graduation parties, retirement celebrations, engagement parties, holiday gatherings, and more. If you're celebrating something important, we'd love to host it.

How does the rental vs. minimum spend option work?

You can choose between a flat venue rental fee (use your own caterer with a COI) or a food & beverage minimum spend through Marian Cocktails & Kitchen. Both options include the space, tables, chairs, linens, and venue staff. Download our guide for full details on each option.

How many guests can you accommodate?

We can host up to 1,000 guests for outdoor events and up to 250 inside the ballroom for seated dinners. Tell us your guest count and we'll recommend the best configuration for your celebration.

Can I bring my own caterer?

Yes. Outside licensed caterers are welcome with a Certificate of Insurance (COI). We also offer full-service catering through our on-site kitchen at Marian Cocktails & Kitchen — ideal if you want a one-stop experience.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 60–90 days in advance, especially for weekend dates. Since we're a new venue opening Spring 2026, now is a great time to lock in a founding rate before our calendar fills.

What is included in the rental?

Every rental includes 4 hours of event time plus 1 hour of setup, the ballroom or outdoor space, tables, chairs, white linens, bar service, venue staff, on-site parking, and a flexible vendor policy. Download our package guide for full details.
