How much does a wedding at Havenwing Vineyards cost?

Is Havenwing Vineyards a good venue for a vineyard wedding?
Absolutely. Set on 10 private acres in Benson, NC, Havenwing offers the vineyard wedding aesthetic — ceremony sites with scenic vine-covered views, a rustic-elegant ballroom, and a full bar program featuring local wines and craft cocktails. It's a true all-in-one vineyard estate experience.
How far is Havenwing Vineyards from Raleigh and Durham?
We are just 35 minutes from downtown Raleigh via I-40 East, approximately 40 minutes from Durham, 20 minutes from Garner, 15 minutes from Clayton, and 45 minutes from Fayetteville. Easy access from I-95 and free on-site parking for all guests.
Do you offer both outdoor and indoor wedding ceremonies?
Yes. We offer scenic outdoor vineyard ceremony sites as well as a beautiful indoor ceremony option in our climate-controlled ballroom. Every outdoor booking automatically includes the indoor ballroom as a rain backup at no extra charge.
What does the wedding rental include?
Every wedding rental includes 12 hours (10AM–10PM), the full outdoor estate, indoor ballroom, tables, chairs, white linens, wooden arbor, 2 full bars, bridal suite, day-of coordination, rehearsal access, and on-site parking. No hidden fees.
How many guests can Havenwing Vineyards accommodate?
Up to 1,000 guests. Our indoor ballroom seats up to 200 for seated dinners and 250 for cocktail-style receptions. Our outdoor spaces comfortably host much larger gatherings — let us know your guest count and we'll recommend the ideal setup.
Can we bring our own caterer or outside vendors?
Yes. Our on-site restaurant, Marian Cocktails & Kitchen, provides full-service catering with plant-based and traditional menu options. You're also welcome to bring any licensed outside vendor with a Certificate of Insurance. We maintain a preferred vendor list to make coordination easy.
When is Havenwing Vineyards opening?
We are opening Spring 2026 and are currently accepting pre-bookings for 2026 and 2027 dates at founding rates — a limited opportunity for couples to secure their preferred date and the best pricing before we open to the public.
Are pets allowed at the wedding?
Yes — well-behaved pets are welcome at outdoor ceremonies with prior notice. We ask that they be leashed and supervised by a designated handler throughout the event.
